The cute playboy of “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” Song Joong-ki brings it back to modern times to cheer on high school students everywhere.
Today marks the dreaded College Entrance Exam for many Korean high schoolers, hoping and wishing their marks will get them into SKY (Seoul National University Korea University, Yonsei University – the top three colleges in Korea).
Many Korean celebrities were flooding twitter last night and this morning giving words of encouragement, though many of them didn’t have to worry so much about the test themselves when they were high schoolers.
Never the less, Song Joong-ki, known for being a smarty pants and a graduate of the modern Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, has made it a habit to show his support of stressed-out high school students. This year, the young actor had a few encouraging remarks in video form, which lands him the #1 encouragement award.
In the video, the Joseon dynasty flower boy sympathizes with high schoolers that November has finally come with the test that November brings. Though it’s a difficult time, he encourages all of them to do their very best and ends with a “fighting” to all those taking the College Entrance Exam.
Fans worldwide can also enjoy the encouragement when your taking your own entrance exam in your own country!
